Objave o nosečniškem fotografiranju sploh nisem imela namena dati na blog. Ampak potem sem prejela že težko pričakovan paketek s fotografijami, ga odprla in si premislila. Rekla sem si, da ga moram nujno fotografirati in ga deliti z vami, ker je tako lepo pripravljen!

Ker rada delim stvari, ki so mi všeč in me inspirirajo, ta objava vsekakor sodi zraven, ampak naj začnem na začetku. :)

I didn't plan to write a blog post about our pregnancy photo shoot. But then I received the hardly expected package, I opened it and I changed my mind. I told myself I have to photograph it and share it with you, because it was so nicely prepared!

Because I like to share things I like and things that inspire me, this one definitely fits in that category, but let me start at the beginning. :)

Ne vem kdaj točno sem našla Facebook stran od Neže, ampak vem, da ko sem si ogledala njene fotografije, sem si rekla, če se kdaj poročim, si želim njo za fotografinjo. Fotografije so me znova in znova očarale. Poročila se nisem, je pa prišla na vrsto malo drugačna priložnost - nosečniško fotografiranje. V januarju sem se tako odločila, da jo kontaktiram in močno sem upala, da se nam bo uspelo uskladiti. Določili smo datum v februarju in zelo sem bila vesela, da je bila takrat pokrajina še lepo zasnežena, saj mi fotografije v snegu delujejo samo še bolj pravljično.

Fotografiranje je potekalo v Arboretumu Volčji Potok in Neža in Matjaž sta, vsak za svojim fotoaparatom, poskrbela, da sva uro pred objektivom preživela zelo lepo in predvsem sproščeno. Sama se zelo nerada fotografiram, ker si ponavadi na večino fotografijah nisem všeč, ampak z njunimi nasveti in navodili se je bilo veliko lažje sprostiti in prepustiti.

I don't know exactly when I found Neža's Facebook page, but when I saw her work, I knew I wanted her to be my photograph if I ever get married. Her photos fascinated me over and over again. I didn't get married, but another opportunity came along - pregnancy photo shoot. In January, I decided to contact her and I hoped we would be able to find a perfect date for all of us. We booked a date in February and I was so happy that the landscape was still beautifully covered in snow, because snowy photos look even more like a fairy tale to me.

We had a photo shoot in Arboretum Volčji Potok. Neža and Matjaž, each with their own camera, really took care, that we spent a very nice and relaxed hour in front of a camera. I don't really like being photographed, because I usually don't like myself on most of the photos, but with their instructions and advices it was so much easier to relax and enjoy.

Po dveh tednih je prispel paketek s fotografijami in najprej me je presenetilo to, da me je v nabiralniku pričakala škatlica. Ker sva naročila le fotografije na USB ključku, sem pričakovala kuverto s ključkom in računom. Ampak ta paketek je tista dodana vrednost, kateri se nekatera podjetja posvetijo, druga pa pač ne. Skrb za vsak še tako majhen detajl mi da vedeti, da ona (pravzaprav oba) to res dela s srcem in da si ji ti kot stranka pomemben od začetka do konca. Občutek za estetiko in stil lahko naročnik opazi povsod - v lepo oblikovani spletni strani, na Facebook strani in Instagramu, v odnosu s strankami, v celostni grafični podobi, v paketku za naročnike in na koncu v samem izdelku zaradi katerega sploh prideš k njej - v fotografiji.

Če sem bila že pred prejemom fotografij navdušena nad samo izkušnjo in so tudi fotografije presegle moja pričakovanja, je bil tako skrbno in lepo oblikovan paketek še tista češnja na vrhu smetane, ki marsikateremu podjetju manjka.

Prejela sva nekaj več kot 60 fotografij, nekaj izmed teh tudi v črno beli verziji, jaz pa sem se odločila da nekatere delim tudi tukaj na blogu. Pred nama je še vedno težka naloga - odločiti se, katere bi uokvirila in kam bi jih postavila. ;)

Kako pa ti gledaš na to v kakšni obliki ti podjetje pošlje naročene izdelke, kako je videti vsebina, ko odpreš paket ali pa kako so oblikovane tiskovine? So ti takšni detajli kot stranki pomembni ali teh stvari mogoče sploh ne opaziš / ti niso pomembne?

The package with photographs arrived in two weeks and the first thing that surprised me was this box in my mailbox. We ordered only digital photos on a USB drive, so I expected to get an envelope with a simple USB drive and a bill. But this package is that added value, that some companies give and some don't. Taking care of every detail really tells me, that she is doing this with her whole heart and that she cares about her customers from beginning to the end (both of them actually). The sense of aesthetic and style can be seen everywhere - in a nicely designed website, on her Facebook page and Instagram profile, in her relationship with customers, whole graphic design, in the package you receive and finally in the product that makes you call or email her in the first place - in photos.

I've been impressed with the whole experience even before I received the final product and the photographs exceeded my expectations, so this nicely prepared package was only the cherry on the top, which many companies forget to add.

We received over 60 photos, some of them were also in black and white version and I decided to share a few here on my blog. We still have a hard task to decide which ones we want to frame and where to put them. ;)

So as a client, what do you think about your package when you receive it from a company? It's important to you, how the package and the content looks when you open it or how is the printed material designed? Are those details important to you or maybe you don't even notice them / you don't care?
