Piazza Della Cisterna, San Gimignano, Italy |
After spending two days in Florence, it was time to move on and visit some other beautiful places. I was again enchanted by the beautiful architecture, this time in San Gimignano and Siena. Brick buildings, narrow streets and the beautiful views on the Tuscan landscape are just breathtaking. I know I said this in almost every posts by now, but it's true. Tuscany is magical and every place we've visited has a special place in my heart. Sadly the weather in San Gimignano and Siena was the worst possible, so the pictures are not doing any favours to these two beautiful towns. I wish I had had a proper camera back then and a little more time to explore and enjoy. And yes, the sunny weather would be nice...
